1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 551pub website at 551pub.net and all associated services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 551pub Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your 551pub Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by 551pub.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions applicable to individual games, promotions, or features on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter they address.

551pub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 551pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 551pub.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 551pub or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 551pub Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

551pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player who meets all eligibility requirements will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings generated during the period of non-compliance may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 551pub Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. 551pub is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep your Account information current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 551pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 551pub reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's name.
• 551pub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 551pub accepts no responsibility.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

551pub reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

551pub may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 551pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.
• 551pub's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 551pub Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 551pub, by the player, or by any third party. The house edge applicable to each game is a function of the game's mathematical design and is not manipulated by 551pub.

Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 551pub's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 551pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's Account. 551pub is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 551pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 551pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of 551pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 551pub Platform without the prior written consent of 551pub.

10. Privacy and Data

551pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 551pub Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

551pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited if the termination arises from a breach of these Terms. Where termination is not due to a breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 551pub support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

14. Amendments

551pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
